It charges according to online rates. If we are stranger to city they will impose more charges than normal. I was charged 2200 per Day and there was not even getting free water so i argued and than i got. The room was not so bad but they should improve their services.
Location is an advantage as it's near to sector 135. Room is okay. Food options are terrible so is service. Be aware of the only lift, it tends to stop abruptly.
Managment is not good. If you go through online portal they will not give you room. They will charge you extra. Hotel property is under construction. ( Online price which customer get, its mutual understanding between online portal and hotel management. without hotel concern online portal don't put prices. hotel have option to reject the booking on the spot, they should not wait to customer come on there property and then highly there internal business issue with customer. asking for extra money.
The bathroom was very dirty, room had dust on the floor. We asked to get it cleaned but they did not send anyone and kept saying that we sending. There were so many mosquitos due to which we were not able to sleep. They charged us extra over the booking amount.
Worst ever experience, not at all cooperating staff except the lady staff. They don't know the meaning of hospitality. They charged us twice for one single room saying we will refund but didn't. In name of townhouse they are running fraud. Bloody frauds. If there is negative marks review option I would have give that. There was no power backup no doormat no dustbin no wifi no tv only dabba was there, setup box was not charged.
I booked hotel through online app, once i reach to hotel teire response was so rude that we are not booking online. The worst hotel I have seen in my life. I would recommend do not prefer this hotel.
Good Food... Service is good
Rooms were ok but the biggest issue is that their all water taps go dry every 2 hrs as they have water leakage in their taps and they didnt fix it in the 3 days we stayed there. Room service is slow.
