Hotel The Conclave - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

I canceled the booking as soon as I enter the hotel. The reception staff is very rude. They treat outsiders as a fool especially when you don't talk in there language. Whoever is reading this comment please don't book this hotel. Or book at your own risk.

My experience at Hotel Conclave was quite disappointing. The room cleanliness was not up to par, and I found the staff to be less attentive than I had hoped. The breakfast left much to be desired in terms of quality and variety. Furthermore, there seemed to be an unpleasant smell lingering in the corridors, which detracted from the overall comfort of the stay.

One of the worst hospitality that you could find in Hyderabad . The staff and their manager Ashok is very rude and not at all attentive and misbehaved with us . Rooms are not as mentioned in the booking websites . No maintenance the air conditioning dosent work at all . The staff or manager don't respond to the guest regarding their problems .

The worst hotel experience ever in my life. The management lacks experience and professionalism. One guy from the management team so called manager was found drunk and misbehaved with us. I suggest everyone reading this to think twice about this hotel.

The worst experience ever had in my life with this hotel..only one person handling the hotel, so any thing we reques has to beg for it atleast 5-6 times, room stinking n it's linen, wardrobes without shutters, doorlock broken, one a/c remote for all rooms, no fridge, one towel for couple occupancy requested 3 times but no response, TV setup not working no recharge informing you to never stay here..

Rooms are too small. The power sockets don't work. The plumbing is dripping all over the bathroom. The Wifi service does not work. There was power outage almost 5 times in my two nights stay. Room service takes forever to provide your order and that to partially, they forgot half of the order. And the icing on the cake is when asked for a proper invoice, they informed that the Reception desk PC is not working and they'll mail it to me before 12pm. I am writing this review at 2pm and still have not received the invoice on the email id shared with them.

Horrible breakfast and the rooms are also not that great, do not fall for the pictures of the reception area and lobby. That's the only good part about the hotel.

This is good budget hotel but provided that what is your budget. Hotel is located little inside from main road. Road is connected with all means of transportation you can find to reach hotel. There are construction work is going on on the way to hotel so you have to aware that it could look little isolated. I didn't have any problem finding my hotel. Hotel is surrounded with open area. Staff were very good. They have complimentary breakfast as well, though don't keep your hopes up you will get only 2 option. Reception lobby were decorated but before using lift make sure that don't stuck in the middle. Room size were good, you will have basic amenities like dental kit, toiletries, TV, electric kettle. There were no mini freeze though. Chair handle were broken cupboard were also broken. Hot water was available. Staff were very responsive, they would provide you everything in one call. While I was checking out in the day time I noticed that there were lot of couple were also checked out so it mean it was couple friendly. Hotel was wheelchair accessible.
