The rooms are clean and basic amenities are available. They food was okay. Staff is polite and services are good. Location is very nice as its on the highway and reach able easily. Slightly more maintenance is required. Overall a good stay.

There is poor, then there is worst... and this hotel proved that how WORST looks like.. I have stayed in hotels a lot as I am an avid traveller and yes there have been hotels which were not upto the mark but this hotel.. OMG.. this has topped the list of being the worst maintained hotel. the staff is pathetic. they will not listen to you. no cleanliness. zero maintenance. and the worst nightmare. the rooms were smelling like anything. used shower gel bottles were there, even the replaced towel was dirty. the photos are deceiving to the next level. I checked out there store room and it was so dirty that i was about to vomit. khaali bottles padi thi yar.. just imagine.. whoever is reading this - kahin bhi reh lena Agra mein but not in this hotel. these people are rude and they will not give a damn. there was not even an intercom in one of the rooms i booked.. fan was making so much noise that dead could have risen from the grave / I have attached all the photos and you can easily see the condition of this hotel, it was literally the worst 1 day of my life.

Negative rating from my side, when I gave 2000/- for booking of deluxe room for 1800/- then she literally denied to accept that and forced me to paying through 500/- note or by upi. When asked about the complaint register then also she ignored me. Thereafter, while making the entry in other register, I entered all my details and mentioned my concerned in Remarks column to which she was furious to see. Thereafter she said I will not you any room and go from there. This lady needs to strict counselling wrt dealing with costumer. She insisted me to cut my entry and while leaving, I mentioned in that register "BAD HOTEL". My personal experience was pathetic, this hotel needs to be shut down after seeing worst staff.

Nice place for a small birthday, ring ceremony and group party. Ambience is good. Food is more than average but not very good.

Pathetic Management. Don't even think of booking this 3rd class so called hotel. Rude and careless staff and management. They take money in advance because they never deliver what is booked. Food preparation takes so much time that you will skip eating, presentation is worse, no cleaning done.

Worst Hotel experience ever. I booked rooms 2 days ago but rooms was not ready when we reached. Worst service, we had to call on reception many times for the same cause. I ordered food and they prepare after 1:30 hours . Rooms were not cleaned well, have bad smell.
