Hotel The Avalon By Mandoli - Hotel in Malviya Nagar, Durg - Durg, India

Overall its fine for 1 day visit where you will not be using much of it and you would just come to room for sleeping. The general comfort items in room were either not working or broken like chair, TV remote, intercom. Service was good and staff was also polite and friendly. Bathroom was off decent size but had spots and spiderwebs all around giving bad vibes. Was just given a soap on asking, had expected a bit more in toiletries but as i was carrying most stuff, it didn't bother much. You don't get complementary water unless you push for it which was strange. I think i might not go there soon if i have other options available unless they improve upon their room and its basic amenities.

Food review! We ordered machow soup and baby corn chilly. Both were so bad that we had to tell them to take it back! But staff was courteous enough to that they did not bill us! Avoid this place for food!

Not so good.. But not as bad. The ambiance looked old. Rooms are lavish but walls have black spots which shows us they don't maintain.. Its looks like old place.

quality of tiffins deteriorating. people come here because there is no better hotel near by. some times I feel roadside bddddi tiffins r better

Overall experience was disappointing food was bland hospitality was not that food and they are just after you r money

Not upto the mark. Shower was not working in my room. Service was good but not worth the money

Hotel is good for marriage and other functions it's very noise rooms are not as per expectations
