Horrible experience. Very badly maintained hotel. It is dirty, TV's not there in few rooms and the rooms which had TV dosent work. The bedsheets and the pillows were dirty. The elevator gets stuck. We had booked 2 rooms and the reception or technicians could not help with the cleanliness or the TV. They kept saying we will look into it and blamed the upper management as they said nothing is in their hands.
Stayed from 09/05/23 to 12/05/23. Renovation work was going on. No hangers in cupboards or in bathrooms. TV wasn't working(connectivity problem). No remote for AC. Can be made better.
Good Hotel, Deluxe rooms are good / staff is polite Only concern is price is little bit higher for location like Kothagudem. It's OK if they can provide some complementary break fast, news paper, Tea & water bottle. Then the corporates will come and may be the hotel occupancy will also increase
Room house keeping and behaviour of management is very good I stay 6 days it was very pleasent stay to me and my family
Had booked deluxe ac rooms for my family, was pleasantly surprised with the hospitality. Highly recommended it. Special mention Mr.Shiva at the front desk really helpful and welcoming.
Prominent location and newly renovated with added furnishings. Water and uninterrupted power supply. User friendly management. House keeping and room service are satisfied.
Undoubtedly the best hotel in kothagudem! I've been here recently they renovated it and literally they are trying to match star hotels. Wonderful experience and I'll recommend anyone who's coming to kothagudem to stay here
