HOTEL TGR - THE GOLDEN RETREAT - Hotel in Naugarh, Sonawal - Siddharth Nagar, India

TGR Property is good with lot of open space (green lawn). Manager is very cooperative and supportive. However, they need to improve on cleanliness, maintenance, TV working and lot on service/hospitality. It has resturant at ground floor and a banquet within its compound. Considering limited hotels in area it can be recommended. Hope management will work on further improvement.

If would be in my hand , I would have rated zero. They are very rude with customer, they talk impolitly, just show off with walki talki in their kamar , har waqt hum ye service nahi dete, hum ye nahi karte, blah blah , not recommendable for any events. And those who have given 5 rating are there own people, so don't trust these rating

Room hall restorent Every things and all services are excellent, no any crowed very peacefull and a Large lawn with a big parking area. Outstanding experience. I give for TGR 5 star for All services. Thanks TGR team.

Literally I'm very disappointed with theirs services and all They don't provide any kind of help , services. I would like to say only one word for this masterpiece hotel who has unlimited uneducated employees (naam bade darshan chote) Overall building insfratecutre is quite good. 2/10

Room was like needed some work , but they provide a good service and resolve every problem , situated in good place enough area for parking , walking and other activities

One of the best 4star type hotel at Siddhartha Nagar ( Naugrah ) . Nice food , Good Location and suitable for family or solo or official.

Overall food is good as tastewise, but service not good less staff.

Service of hotel is very bad..TV not working,phone not working.Worst experience with hotel.Everytime you need to go to reception if you need something..Not a perfect place to stay in Siddharth nagar
