Was visiting an event at a science city. This hotel is very close to it and most convenient. Avoid booking online since they won't assign good roomes to you. Though they quote bit high if you enquire directly at hotel, hope you would get better rooms. Overall service is good. Had a paid breakfast and it was really worth. Tea was awesome.

LSo, I found Terrazzo Suites, this hotel near me in Ahmedabad, and it was surprisingly awesome The room was super comfy, and the bed Well, let's just say I had a great night's sleep. Plus, breakfast was decent, and the staff was really friendly.

I didn't have a particularly special experience at the Terrazzo. When I spoke to them over the phone initially, they confirmed that if rooms were available, they would allow an early check-in without any additional charges. However, upon arrival, they insisted on charging extra for early check-in despite the availability of rooms. Furthermore, although the room itself was decent, the air conditioning was not functioning properly and the washroom had a strong unpleasant odor. Overall, the stay was just okay, but it wasn't worth the 2500 rupees plus the early check-in charges. At this price, we could have found better options.

Terrazzo suite is just the place I always look for to have a relaxing weekend in the city and enjoy some delicious meals with my family. Is there any option of not giving stars to this pathetic hotel? I booked a VIP room for my relatives they had a very long journey and the man on reception who call himself the Manager of Hotel "Rajeev" treated them so bad and rudely...also he did not provide the room I booked for my relatives instead he gave them a small room. When I tried to talk to him he was very rude and said if you want a bigger room you have to pay more and was asking for double money. Even though when the site person from where I booked the room talked to him Mr. Rajeev had the audacity to say do whatever you want to do I will not provide the room. Even when I asked him to connect me with his senior or superior he clearly refused. Such experience from such a reputed hotel was not expected. I will never recommend this pathetic hotel and this Rajeev guy was rude as hell... worst experience ever. I also have the booking confirmation and the amenities and services which were mentioned were not provided to us. When asked for the same I was refused to provide the same. I am also having the recording with the agent as well. So kindly stop fooling people around and if you do not have such amenities kindly don't post it on online.
