Bedsheet and cover were blood stained, they switched off AC at night and had to call room service and they made an like ac triped and then switched it on from counter. No windows or exhaust, bathroom was stinking. Room is overpriced for so less features

Nice ambience and Near to Main road is added advantage. Food Taste is super. Also Costlier than same range of restaurants. Service also not so pleasant. Could have been much better. Parking place is suffice

Good and Decent place to stay.. Nearby mattuthavani, court and MM hospital and on prime location. Restaurant down stairs and food is good too..

Hi, First of all, I want to start with the room infrastructure, which was very pathetic and not even AC working in the room.. First we did booked Room No.204 on which the room was very suffocating and AC flow was very dull. We did informed them to check and do the same. After that due to some of our personal work extensions, we did prolonged the time and booked room again through App which booked automatically with MINISTER SUITE room we did vacate the old room and migrated to the same, on which No AC flow came in ... Really disappointed with the room again on which second time we did paid Rs. 3000 not even worthy at all.. Again we did complaint and those reception members routed us to VIP SUITE there itself no AC airflow coming in and a very funny things Mosquitoes inside the room not even we got sleep.. Here I am pretending to be not to enter into this HOTEL TEMPLE CITY. Better be fine another choices.. not even deserve a star.. Thanks, Priyaparthiban.

Had been here for dinner. You have lots of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food had the right masala. Not too spicy . The tea was really good. This vegetarian restaurant is located right opposite to the main bus stand and both AC and non AC seating room. There is enough place to park however due its location it is always crowded.

Hotel Temple City is a complete disappointment! The service is absolutely poor and not worth the exorbitant price they charge. The staff is unprofessional and lacks basic hospitality skills. Save yourself the trouble and look for better options. Terrible experience overall!

Temple city is one of the best hotels in Madurai.. Neat n spread of the food is awesome. The service was so respectful too.. I loved the meals, kothu poratta n all.. Podi neyyu was good.. Even for a single dosa they have so much of varieties for side dishes... Awesome

I must say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The cleanliness of the hotel was extremely disappointing. The room I was assigned to had visible stains on the carpet and bedspread. The bathroom had mold and mildew on the tiles, and the shower curtain was dirty and smelled unpleasant. Moreover, I noticed an accumulation of dust on the furniture and shelves .Additionally, the room lacked proper ventilation, resulting in a musty odor that made it difficult to breathe. I strongly advise potential guests to explore other accommodation options in the area
