A PUBLIC TOILET IS BETTER THAN THIS PLACE! It is the worst possible place you can every stay in. You can sleep on the railway station instead - same experience and it won't cost you anything! - Room stinks like toilets - Mattress had bedbugs - Owner was rude like he was the king of the world - AC was throwing hot air - Water leaking from the toilet pot - Paint coming out of the walls - Water spots all over the walls Everything which could have been defective, was defective. Plus the owner's attitude was such that he was giving us a GOLDEN PALACE to stay in 4000/-. It was unbelievable. OVERALL, DON'T EVER IN YOUR WILDEST DREAM THINK OF BOOKING THIS PLACE!!

Please don't stay at this hotel. Once you book your room they will give you different room which is not having that amenities on it. I booked a room for three and three beds (1 double bed and single bed) as per picture shown was booked by me via oyo, makemytrip like other websites. As soon as I reached one room was given with double bed and one floor mattress. To which my friends and I opposed they said cancel it to which they would charge 1 day rent straight forward. Oyo makemytrip like websites didn't supported us. Even after sending screenshot in night of room booked and pictures of room given. Since, we came for some relax we paid him more amount on already paid amount to get desired room - next morning with 1 Double bed and single bed. It was not good, then room service is very poor. They can't send breakfast to room. Other hotels have facility to send meals in room why can't they also it was not buffet. After leaving they asked to put positive review in front of them. Which we did and later changed. Please trust Google review for such hotels. As, owner ask consumers to manipulate the website like oyo etc. Hope you enjoy your journey and don't fall in this hotel scam. They ruined our Amritsar trip.

Found the room and bathroom to be very clean, appropriately stocked with toiletries. Very pleased to have received a goodnight's sleep despite a late night check-in. Appreciate the reception staff's kind gesture in patiently waiting for my mother and myself to check in by 11 pm. Also found the property nicely ventilated. Room service was prompt and breakfast at the well-maintained and hygienic restaurant was sumptuous. Overall, good value for our buck.

Excellent stay. Affordable. Continuous hot water. Old but well maintained. Spacious rooms. Extra bed was provided when requested. Overall, Highly recommended. Stayed in Dec 2022.

Hotel is most 3rd class. There is no window in hotel room. Washroom is very very small that you can't bath properly. And the most important thing is, I booked this hotel from OYO for 750/day. But when I go to check-in the owner claims 500 more. And i had to pay total 1250rs for one day. Hotel owner cheated me.

It was extremely bad experience, the room and washroom was so small and no proper hospitality given. There was leakage in washroom. Never experienced such bad services. Rooms were stinking like there was dead mouse. Not recommendable at all. Room was fully damaged. No recharge in TV.

Worst experience so far. Rooms were very dirty, walls were having seepage, power connections were not working properly, no ventilation in room, rooms were dark and gloomy. Rooms were not properly having lights. Washroom tiles were dirty, toilet seat lid was broken. Overall, it wasn't looking like an Oyo hotel. More or less, it was kind of dharamshala in terms of its set up and infrastructure. Also, hotel manager cleverly asked 3000Rs more to check in because he was asking for early check in charges at 2 pm when we checked in there. Early Check in charge at 2pm? I was like have you lost your mind.

Beware to have substantial proof that you have booked and paid full amount because the manager for sure will ask for some extra amount showing that it is balance. Will not prefer the hotel again. We had very bad experience. The room was not up to the mark. Definitely not like other OYO's. The manager was very ignorant. The room service is not good. We needed to call 2-3 times for facilities help. The latch on door was broken, the towels were not clean. The toilet seat was broken . And there was no proper lighting in the room. You can ready in those dim lighting. The picture which are presented at the time of booking seems to be false.
