What a horrible experience the rooms are indeed haunted for what happened to us . The rooms are old and dusty . The furnitures are in a bad state . As we checked in the hotel there night lamps didnt have lamps in it , the jet spray in the toilet werent working , the beding was reallly dirty . The floor was dusty . Apart from all of this the room was a complete disaster knowing that it did have a good energy in it . The staff didnt co-operative to give a room change saying the rooms were full , nor did they help us out in anyway possible. I wish no1 goes there again and no1 should go through such a experience in their life .

A budget 3 star hotel. Staff are very good and helpful. Located right behind the YMCA hostel and nearby Secretariat. Just 1km to railway station and bus stand. Rooms could do with bit more cleaning. Washroom is tidy. No food available but near by Lot's of hotels..

Worst experience ever!! The rooms are so old that you can actually see the broken tiles and damaged ceiling.booked an executive AC room and every aspect of the stay was a nightmare. The service and facilities are horrible. The bed, linen and the bath towels were so dirty that you can actually see the stains over them. The walls of the bathroom was having dirt all over and the pipe fittings are rusty. The food they serve for the breakfast is awful and never even considered as eatable. I actually wanted to rate the even below 1, but unfortunately no such option available. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL!! You can search for other options in booking.com or Goibibo, there are really good options available at the same price range. Rating: 0/5

Manager and staff were very cooperative. Thanks to Mr Prince and Sh Sujit. The goodwill can be increased by providing hot water in the bathroom, sleepers and extra bed in the room for child. Also, restaurant service is must in the hotel. Early check-in facility will help the management and genuine public as well and may not be charged for pilgrims. I hope owner will take a call on this matter as well.

This is a Follow up review to my First day Stay @ Hotel Teekay International few days back, as i posted a feedback kind of review of my stay, the Management and Staffs immediately responded to my queries and addressed my concerns and issues posted on the previous review. and offered me a new room with my likable facilities. within a day. (The Best Response.)

My mother and I were spending a couple of days celebrating her45th birthday and it was wonderful. Everyone at this hotel was just lovely to her. We made special memories. As always, thank you to all those team members out there. What a beautiful environment you get to work in every day..., the hotel,food, and people all make it so very special. i will definitely visit again.

Decent stay in Palayam, Trivandrum at reasonable rates. Recommended for families. Good ambience, spacious and hygiene rooms. Very friendly and professional welcome by the reception staff with ontime assistance and guidance for all needs any time. Easily accessible to so many shops for any needs, restaurants and major businesses centers. Nearby to railway station, frequent availability of any transport. Near to government secretariat. Well equiped rooms with all standard necessities and bathroom. Hazzle free and timely checkout.

The hotel is located behind the legislative assembly of Kerala. So the location is good. But during working days you can't park your vehicle as this hotel doesn't have reserved or underground parking facility. One has to park on the road under the open sky. The hotel is very dated, the rooms are not super clean and all furniture and fittings are showing wear and tear. There was no hot water in the bathroom and the bed was making creaking noise. The hotel doesn't offer Wifi and had a noisy split AC in the room which was doing ok job. There is no restaurant in this hotel since COVID.
