Location is good... Rooms are big...need attention on room maintenance... Old furniture..bed..towels are not good quality..no hot water...extra large electric heater..old age.. Need improvement in Breakfast...add Items.. Staff is co-operative...specious parking..near by city places..

Excellent location is the only merit of this Hotel. Government should really work on it. The rooms are below average but they are spacious. They are not well maintained. Bathrooms are below average too. One should visit hotel only for short term stay.

A nice place to stay with good accommodations but in a vintage style. It has special rates for Govt. Employees as they can avail it with their govt. approved id cards. Complementary buffet breakfast is available, with limited options available... Ample parking space is also available here..

Spacious room with well behaved hotel staffs and Manager. Service and Food quality are very nice. Internal ambience and outbound compound of the hotel give good vibes for children also. Location is absolutely fine. Will suggest to stay in this hotel considering all sides.

The location of the hotel is just too good. The lawn is fantastic. Car parking facility is there. Service is good. Food is just wonderful. Staffs are very nice. A restaurant and a different bar is there. We took the family ac room. The room was huge. 3 beds are there. 4 toilets are there in the room. 8-10 people can easily stay there. Complimentary breakfast was there. Only negative part of the hotel is there is no balcony attached with the room and no view of outside from any window.

So, I arrived on this hotel on 14th of January 2023, there was no one at reception, then after few minutes a guy came and said that yes , the room is ready come with me , he took me to 2nd floor and there he saw that the room was not ready, I was getting late so I asked me to please keep my room at reception, but he said that by the time I'll come in evening he'll make the room ready and kept my bag in the room and asked me to do the entry in the register. So I did the entry and went . By the time I came back in the evening at around 9:30 pm, I collected the keys from the reception and saw the room was ready but I noticed there was some wraps sticked on the blankets so I called at reception and asked them to change the blanket and I got the reply that he's sending someone but nobody arrived even after 30 minutes. I myself went to the reception and asked them to change the blanket then a guy came with me and gave me other blanket but I saw there was some hair sticked to the blanket, then I called at the reception again and again a guy came and saw and brought a other blanket and again there was some stains on the blanket. So I made my mind to immediately leave this hotel at 11:00 pm so I packed my bags and went to the reception, there the receptionist started arguing me that I cannot leave, he talked to me disrespectfully and then I have to talk to the manager, the manager asked me to shift to the AC room but by the time it was too much disrespect for me so he finally agreed to let me go. This was by far the worst experience I ever had in my life , I've stayed in 1star hotels in Delhi in Paharganj, even they were better in case of blankets and staff. I would never recommend this to anyone , literally 0 stars. You can check my entry in register, it was on 14th of January at around 3:30 pm and checkout at around 11 pm . There's all the proof. This is Rajasthan Govt. runned hotel, with good no. of rooms both AC and Non AC rooms available here. There is good parking area space. Also has in house Bar and restaurant. They serve morning tea and breakfast included with your stay charges. Rooms are neat and clean. The staffs are well behaved and cordial. You can bring your own drinks from outside liquor shops and have it in room itself. Also you can order snacks in the room, but for food ie. Lunch and Dinner you need to go to the restaurant.

Average hotel - Hot water is biggest issue. Breakfast is not ready available, even coffee - with complimentary breakfast. Staff behavior is good. Even room is spacious
