My experience here was ideal. I received kind and prompt service, and the sabnam curry in particular was some of the best Indian food I've ever had. Safe, clean, and they were kind enough to give me the WiFi code and stay in the AC for a while after lunch even though I'm not a guest. Recommended!

We had Vegetarian dishes which were amazing but service was very poor. The price is above normal because of its location but it doesn't feel out of the place because of the atmosphere.

I paid 120 rupees for apple juice, but it only seemed worth 20 rupees due to dilution with water. Additionally, the food was excessively oily. Not worth what they are charging .Service also is not good.

Recommended to visit with your friends or family cz not only food is good but also the service is polite, very humble and sincere. Ambience is cool, food's prices are not too high, can say affordable...

I am foodie guy and explore always the new restaurant or cafe to see what is the best in the town,honestly the food of this resto was awful and not worth your money.very disappointed.

Food is ok but about service, very hopeless boy's receiving ur food orders n not completing in time.

Have a wide range of food items to choose from both vegetarian and non vegetarian. Among many chicken dishes I have tried from here - I would recommend butter chicken masala, which is very good. Also the butter Naan offered here is good. Others chicken dishes are just average. The coffee available here is also good. Lassis arent good. Shakes are average. Service is not upto the mark. Tandoori is okey. Also the fried rice here is good. There is a lot of dining space available here. Place is little bit crowded with tourists most of the time. They offer rooms and services along with restaurant. Compared to other restaurants available here, Tathagat rates are affordable because other restaurant charges a lot for the food items as the area is famous for tourism. Also the quantity you get for the price is also good. The main area of improvement is the service. Waiters are not very interested to serve you. They are busy with their works. You will have to keep asking them to get what you want. Ambience and atmosphere is okey. Parking space is also available here. There are many vegetarian items available here in Paneer, mushroom and others.
