Absolutely loved our stay here. Rooms are clean, the staff, especially Shiva Kumar, is very attentive and helpful. They all helped us out with a lot of our plans in Gangtok and we would definetely recommend this hotel.
The location of this hotel is close to MG Road and hence one can enjoy the simple pleasure of exploring the mall road. The rooms are neat, clean and spacious. The overall ambience is good. Special mention to the courteous staff Mr. Indarkumar at the reception who went all out to make our stay comfortable. Even the housekeeping boys Mr. Shiva and another guy were always keen to help in every way possible. Overall had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
The hotel is located very near to MG Marg. Staff is helpful and courteous especially Shiva who walks a extra mile to make our stay comfortable.
Hotel Tarayana is one of the best hotel in Gangtok near MG Road Taxi stand (prime location). All staff are very cooperative specially Mr Indra ji (Manager) and Mr Hari ji ( Room service manager). We enjoy a lot there. Thanks.
