Hotel tanya run by group of thieves, it's not even considered as hotel, they stole customers money and blackmailed them I have experienced that, I go to police station and get some amount which is stolen. fraud hotel tanya fraud hotel tanya.

guys if you are planning to book this hotel, then please don't. it's the worst ever hotel I have been to. actually it's not a hotel , it's a lodge.. I had booked 5 rooms for 15 people.. and they provided me only 4 rooms and told me that they would refund the price of one room but they didn't and infact tried to bluff me till the last day. infact the amenities mentioned was exactly opposite there, the washrooms were totally un-hygenic , no flush, no water for half day. dirty rooms , dirty bed , dirty floor , they mentioned they would provide air conditioning but they did not even had a proper fan. switch board is broken , TV not working. the staff there drinks and smokes in front of customers. it's not at all safe for girls/womens they mentioned they would provide breakfast but did not provide that the check in was at 12 noon but they gave us 4 rooms at 9 P.m.. it's total waste of money guys.. never ever book this hotel. if you make your stay worth . but guys I appreciate goibibo team , they were really co-operative and compensated the refund of one room. thanx to them. I will look forward to make trips with them. thanks goibibo.

The worst hotel ever stayed in my life. There is no proper sanitary provision. Lack of water. Maintenance of the hotel is the worst. There is no clean bedsheets, blankets are not provided. Not even eligible to get one star, hotel staffs have another kind of attitude in them. There is no difference between hotel staff and dacoit. It's better to stay on footpath then on this hotel

The staff were very approachable and helpful. The breakfast was good. They arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the airport and then back again at the end of our stay. The suite was very good with comfortable furniture and the bed was comfortable too. We would definitely stay here again.

Poor service Only if you pay less than 600 then only ok Dont come with family. Only TV works fine. Most of things are broken like toilet lock. Hook for clothes plugs for electrical system. Only good thing is its near to station. You will get heater coil to heat water for bath. Be careful using that. Service charge 10%extra Go for some better options on goibibo or makemytrip redbus dont come with agent

Stay was pleasant. Only the location was not that appreciated. But good for business clients. Room were cleaned tip top Don't involve in a talk with auto drivers over there about the location of hotel , they will tell you that its not good place and all sort of things..but its nothing like that. I enjoyed my stay. Security was great even.

This hotel is very nicely located and is just 10 minutes walk from New Delhi Railway Station main entrance gate at Platform no. 1 from Pahargunj side. Rooms are very clean and perfectly maintained though approach road is not that good. One can get all modes of transportation near the hotel to commute to any place. Staffs are responssive and cooperative and the manager MR. Sahu is very helpful. Though the hotel does not have a resturant on its own, they can prepare and serve homely food from their kitchen.Overall value for money. Thanks Goibibo.

we booked hotel for 3 people one room. he made us to sleep on a single bed without giving extra bed even after asking.. he told no we don't give extra bed if u want I'll give with extra cost he told.. as we had already paid *** while booking for extra person we didn't agree. he told he won't give. Hotel house keeping service is very bad, he gave only one towel and one soap for three people. he didn't keep paste and brush on asking he told he won't supply. in total hotel service is very bad. building is good.
