Rooms are fairly good. Hotel owners is very nice and soft spoken, keen to resolve issue by staff that's why giving 4 stars. Personnel working at reception and room attendant in night shift are horrible to talk with. They don't care for customer rather than own stereotype arrogance.
Lunch food is awesome & delicious. But they are taking time to serve the food.
I Recommend it to all the visitors of industries in Taloja MIDC. They treat you like family. I have never gone to any other hotel after staying here this has become my permanent hotel whenever I come to Taloja. Keep the good service. Overall great service and comfortable stay.
They claim it is a 3 star hotel, but they don't even provide a complimentary bottle of water. They charged us 148/- for 4 bottles of Kinley woryh 80/-. No electric kettle. Tobacco smelling rooms, the counter guy could not remember the wifi password. On positive side, there is parking space. Rooms were clean.
The quality and quantity is really good. First day I had thali whose quantity was such that a single can't finish it. Next day I had veg kofta which was very tasteful. Overall high ratings for food.
Overall very good and best hotel in Taloja MIDC. It's a decent place to stay and value for money, food quality was awesome maintain properly. I am super happy for the service and cleaness of Hotel Tanish Residency. Hotel staff also very cooperative with the customers.

The tanish residency is very cool and nice The hotel The room had good bed, a/c and cable tv.The shower in my room did not work and the other staff were not so helpful. Not great value for money.
