Worst hotel in Goa with gutter like facilities. Feels like puking after entering the hotel. Even after booking and paying in advance these guys cancel our booking at last moment without any reason. The only reason they told they didn't receive money from GOIBIBO. Hotel conditions was nightmare like brothel and their professionalism is even worst. Would suggest not to waste money on such faltu websites as Goibibo and such 3rd grade hotel
Very bad experience. NO ethics for their guest. We were forced out of our room and alloted separate room in middle of our visit. Even our luggage was removed from our room by the staff without our consent. Hotel looks good only in photo's and from outside. But in actual rooms were dirty. Bedsheets were not clean. Had a very bad experience here.
Most horrible experience in our Goa trip...we booked this hotel room through agoda with full payment by online & the hotel assured that the booking is confirmed through calling & WhatsApp..we reached on 21st October..they told us no room is vacant ... sold out the room .....they have don't follow any rules ... behaviour is very very rude....if you are planning for Goa trip please don't booked this hotel....
We had dulex room as we are 6 people, AC of room was superb, rooms are big but lighting are little dim, pool was little sticky, still we played a lot in pool, room serving was slow, rates are economy, best part was exactly in front of hotel there was veg restaurant who provide very good brkfast, lunch, dinner.

After 2.5 hours of flight crossing 2200 kms almost , I found they had cancelled my booking which I did through cleartrip 20 days back. I haven't received any communication from there side or cleartrip either on this. People operating at the front desk not welcoming or polite. Be aware if you are planning to book here through online portal, this may ruin your vacation
No car parking, room service very poor, did not supply drinking water, water supplied charged for drinking they charged for it. Swimming pool dirty, dining hall conjusted
Rooms were good. But service were pathetic. We were there for 4 days . In 4 days neither they provide 4 as regular filling nor they clean room. No food options. Breakfast is like formality
