We stayed in the deluxe room. The view from the room and the beach access is great. The rooms were neat. Friendly for kids and family, we did see many families and newlyweds. Kids have a play area which is open until midnight and it's well-lit up with tower lights. The resort area is well-maintained. Canteen food is average and has mainly veg options. As it's a government-owned property you will see lots of politicians/ contractors and the types who are treated as kings here and the entire staff's priority is to impress them. You will witness political car convoys getting in and out of the resort campus often. Air conditioning does not work during the day (at least when we checked in), AC insulation pipes on the bathroom ceiling were constantly leaking and not a pleasant experience when you use the washroom.

Location is very good. All rooms r facing the sea. Hence view is great. Very big area so lots of place to walk. Well maintained property. Room is very average. Although it is a deluxe room. Room service or housekeeping is almost absent. There were lizards in the room. And no response from the team to attend to this issue. Food is very average.

It is a very property, owned by Tamilnadu govt. Breakfast and dinner buffet is included in the prices you get while booking. Resort was clean and service was quick too. I wish they put some sheds in front of each room due to direct sun light coming in front of rooms. Weather is hot and humid but early mornings and evenings are cool and pleasant to enjoy beach. Big rooms and safe property. Pool is like Olympic style and kids play area is wide and variety of equipments.

It's located near the beach side. Huge area calm place. More playing games for kids. Canteen food has an average taste. Hotel prices are comparatively average.

Typical Govt standard guest house. Transparent pricing policy. Biggest advantage is located in close proximity with beach. Large area with lots of greenery with complete silence. swimming pool available throughout the day. Worth visiting. Strongly recommended.

Best location on beach. A really big property on Pondicherry-Chennai highway. Well maintained even when managed by govt of Tamilnadu. There suite rooms are really good and target to get presidential suite . Buffet included in room price and is served in all 3 meals, I didn't have much because i wanted to explore local restaurants. Rooms can only be booked online and no negotiations.

I stayed in deluxe room. Rooms were neat. Friendly for kids... Beach a stone throw, play area there. But the house keeping is extremely corrupt. They demand Rs 400-500 at checkout for "all the cleaning they did". The cantee services are bad... It's ok for non veg lovers but purely veg will find difficult.

All rooms are very close to beach. Beach is well maintained but rooms are not that good. Food is very average. Swimming pool is very huge and amazing.
