Hotel Talha Residency Lodging - Lodge in Nanded, Nanded-Waghala - Nanded, India

This was the immensely filthy hotel I have ever visited. The guy at the reception was very rude. Room condition was the worst. There was no ventilation in the room no windows at all. Electrical wiring was open. There were spit marks in every corner of the room. The dead intercom was lying beside the bed. I have no words to describe the condition of the bathroom and toilet. The condition was so bad that you can't even stay for a second in the bathroom. The bathroom window was damaged/broken and it was totally open and there was no privacy in the bathroom. The bucket and mug provided in the bathroom was very dirty. They charged me Rs. 800 for that room and in that a free breakfast was included. I went for breakfast at 9:30 am and when I asked for tea or coffee they refused to provide the same giving the reason that you are late. After breakfast, switching on the light and fan I went out of the hotel for my personal work and when I returned to the hotel room, I was shocked I found that the light and fan was switched off. When I inquired at the reception counter I was told that the cleaner went in to clean the room. They provided the cleaner a duplicate key in my absence to clean the room, which is not at all accepted and was very shocking how can they do that in my absence without my permission when i have provided them my identity card and contact number as well before checking in. This Hotel is not at all safe and there is no privacy and for 800 rupees it is not worth it. The public toilets are much cleaner than the room they are providing. Please do not go on their photos and images available on Google it is not at all what they are showing in the images and photos on Google. If you care for your safety and privacy so please do not visit this hotel.

A very nice place to stay in Nanded with walkable distance from railway station and hotel staff including owner is very polite . I will prefer this hotel when ever I visit Nanded.

good location. rooms are small. walking distance from railway station. food is available near by. good cooperative staff.

As far as i stay in the executive room it is best. Rest i have no experience about there low end room.

never book in talha hotel very dirty rooms and dirty bathroom anyone will vomit And the behavior of these people is also not desirable.

Superb best food available specially paradise biryani and vegetarian spicy also........

Never go there. They will give ordinary room even if you book online deluxe ac room and ask for extra money on arrival for giving better room. Its filthy staff and dirty rooms.

Too much filthy. There are marks of spits in every cornor no flush working .. no hot water available in room . They will provide you .. no shower And rate is high . . Don't go for it even for 500 ..
