Rude behaviour of owner. He should learn to run a hotel first then work. No cleaning in the room. Badly congested room. Doesn't seem like 1 star even and unfortunately said 3 star. Worst hotel I have ever been. check inn time 10:30a.m. and the owner was not ready to compromisevery bad experience For me 0 star

Guys, please, please do not book rooms in advance here because at the last moment of your travel date, they would call you and inform you about not giving accommodations. If you won't believe then try once and suffer!

Wish I had zero star option... Behaviour of staff was so so poor and even manager was so misbehaving dat we couldn't expect their services to be any better .. manager was shouting on us when we complaint abt services..so loudly day I had to call police... so extremely bad experience here

This is an honest experience that i am sharing with you all that will help everyone to decide whether to stay or not below are the points 1.Staff is very helpful. 2.Rooms are decent. 3.The owner use to connect with every customer to understand their experience at their place. 4.Have all required facilities like the are having their own travel agency which will help you a lot to explore Udaipur and they have their own Cab,bus and even they have their own bike rental facility. 5.And if you have their own car then the staff and owner will help you to understand how to explore the place. 6.Hotel located at the centre of the city which will help you to access all the locations. All total we had an awesome experience at this price point.

The hotel was compact. even the room was compact but still, we had to upgrade to the 3-bed room by paying 1000 extra for 2 days. service was prompt. even the food was tasty n they prepared it as per our choice. bathroom tiles and mirror were not up to the standard n after getting 4.5 ratings. expectations were higher. The supply of water in the bathroom was dirty. though they told me that it's just due to ongoing maintenance. western seat hinges were not working. sounds due to ongoing maintenance were very very disturbing once when lights went off. it took a solid 10 min to come back. they allowed us an extra one hour during check-out.1) Serviceability- 5/52) Cleanliness- 5/53) Bathroom- 2/54) Space as per price ratio - 2/55) Staff behavior -5/56) Food- 5/57) Overall - 3/5Nice the lift system was awesome

The hotel is very nice, the location is in the middle of the city, it is near by of railway station and stations of various bus companies. ROOMS - rooms are good big and clean. SERVICE - on first day they will provide good service whenever you call on reception they will send person to your room, after 2 days you have to call for 4-5 times for service after that they will do it. Rates - good price range for these types of room Food - hotel has restaurant on roof(kind of rooftop), taste of food is average and price is also average not high not low.
