Had confirmed booking through Oyo and well in advance informed owner about check in time too. Despite having the confirmed booking, reception guys were denied a room and asked for an extra amount of Rs. 500 at late night . Room & blankets cleanliness were not up to the mark. TV & AC were not serviceable. Geyser was not available for hot water, asking for the same gave one iron rod for hot water. Later, the owner didn't respond properly and staff were not also cooperative. This hotel is not recommended for tourists. Very poor quality service with additional higher charges
By contacting them directly and said for 5hrs early check in i paid amount in advance for a day to consider for early check in they said ok, but when I saw the room it was full with mosquito, no general water even geyser was not available, after asking them they gave me heating rod after 30min as it was with other customer at last they said to pay 600rs more as I got early check in for 5hrs. It was totally worst experience that they were not able to provide general and hot water. We have adjusted but they did not comprised at amount.
Too bad experience..... We had booked room through oyo. After booking, owner called for the confirmation and sent the hotel location also. We also confirmed about room with reaching time. Once we reached, they told that room r not available, anyhow we arrange a room for u but have to pay extra....... they dont give us bill also. There is no guyzer, watet is also not clean...
Fraud person, They took the booking from Oyo then after asking for extra money, when u denied they will simply say Room not available, Oyo will say we will issue your refund soon. It will take 10 to 15 days. Kindly refrain from this Property.
Booked through agoda these people are doing fraud after confirming booking they told there are no rooms available and denied to process the refund. Don't trust them they are just fooling people.

Very pathetic service. Even not providing room service, tea in room. When asks for same they tells us to dial restaurant and while we make call, no one responses. Not providing towel in room also!
