Good I'm staying here for my ssb. It was a really good hotel but some of the instruments like the telephone to order were not working I will suggest him to take action on that otherwise all services are good.
Everything is fine at this particular hotel but the room's toilet is full of used condom and other stuff... They charge high and services are very low grade... You can stay one night over there if you're coming to attend SSB at Kapurthala SSB center is very close to this hotel... Best of luck...

Good reviews are the fake ones. DONT GET TRAPPED. Worst Hotel ever. NEVER EVER BOOK IT. Sharing my personal experience. They give rooms to couples on hourly basis and then give you the same room with same bedsheet with all the stains. If you know what I mean. Not even good for SSB Candidates. Even after booking it in advance and giving full payment, they keep you waiting for hours as they give your room away to someone else. Why? 1. They charge a very high tariff. 2. Rooms have 0 facilities 3. No room service , no water nothing, no toiletries, no towel . 4. No geyser , stinking smell in full hotel. 5. All illegal and disgusting activities happens in this hotel. 6. You will hear disgusting shouts ,voices and construction noise.Everybody is ill mannered. DON'T EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL. Better sleep on railway station than coming here.
The owner is such a money minded person.. Has no respect of his customers after getting paid, the hotel staff leaves after 10 pm. So if ur on ur own, then have to either wait till morning or do things on your own...
Very bad experience with this hotel durty rooms and very very durty toilet smells very bad all staf drunkd after 9:30 PM. Very durty bed sheets pillow and bad gadda.i will share room no 102 snaps. This is my first and last stay this hotel.
Worst hotel stay experience ever. The room didn't have bathroom facilities. The staff made a lot of noise past 10 pm leading to the disturbance in sleep. There was nobody present in the morning. Also, the food tasted bad. Overall, not worth it.
Probably the worst place to stay. Stinking rooms, poor illumination, dirty bed sheets, bathroom basins clogged of hair, AC cant be controlled, powercuts at night. Taj? They must seriously consider changing the name. Moreover, the food on the menu is as expensive as a TAJ.

I am from Amritsar and visited the Kiz Cafe Kapurthala. We ordered Paneer Pizza , Kit kat shake, Peri Peri Fries . All the food was very delicious and yammy. Place was very beautiful and peaceful
