Hotel Taj Prince - Hotel in Agra, Dhandhupura - Agra, India

The first thing that calms your soul down and shares good vibes is the beautiful mandir they have at the enterance. Friends, after Covid19 i have seen that the hospitality sector has taken the deepest plunge. You cannot expect them being run on 100% excellence. Rooms are nice and well lit. Toilets are clean. AC is working OK, not well (needs maintenance / replacement). Some plugs & points need repairs & replacement. Service was below excellent (as I have already mention - do not expect it to be excellent) but one thing I'd like to make special mention is that the staff is polite, humble, faithful & cooperative (what else do you desire?). I forgot my purse at the reception counter while giving ID and writing down the guest register. After almost 12hrs when I searched in my room for it, I asked the reception, they told me it was there. Not a single penny was missing. Location is a bit away from the happening Agra but it is near the TajMahal. If you use bus as a transport, this is much much better. By rail also I'd say its not far because Agra is a very small city. Kindly note : All my experiences are influenced by prices also as I got a good rates for my stay, so according to the room rate I have given full 5 stars.

Considering the budget, Hotel was good. Would recommend to others. I booked 2 rooms with breakfast for 6 adults in which they provided us 2 extra mattress but that was not actually a mattress it was a sheet of thermacol. Food was great. Rooms were clean. No lift. The only problem i found was room service, which was a bit slow but the owner assured to work on that. Other then this it was great staying there. Parking is available outside Hotel staff & owner were very cooperative. Still i would say Go for it.

Although cheap but this hotel fails to provide you a happy experience. The blankets are hardly washed and have stains all over it. The rooms are too small and some of them don't even have windows. The staff is not very helpful and the food according to its quality and taste is too expensive. Avoid this hotel. You can find better hotels by sparing a few more bucks.

This hotel is far better then before...fully renovated and clean hotel at nominal price.. I came here 2 yr back and now it looks totally different.. good housekeeping good service and better supported staff right now.. owner mr. Krishna was very understanding and have a proper eye on the staff for giving better facilities

Even though it is a budget hotel, it is not good. We booked two super deluxe rooms in the hotel in late August. The rooms were in second floor with steep stair cases and no lift. The rooms were not clean. The bed was dirty and so were the curtains, the cushion covers, the bed sheets etc. The only good thing of the hotel was the cleanliness of the toilets. They were ultra clean. There was no geyser. However hot water was provided in the morning on request. The hotel managers was courteous. The restaurant was average. Go for better hotels in Agra if possible.

We stayed here for one night. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The food was not exceptional but the staff were very kind and courteous. Free wifi was available in the Hotel. Stayed August 2016, travelled with family

The entire staff is young, energetic and highly professional. Liked the ambience, clean rooms, food quality. Room service was bit late and therefore we had our meals in their restaurant itself. Would appreciate if they can add some more hygiene to the food since I could see loads of flies around the maida dough lying uncovered on the ground for making rotis. Hotel Internet was too slow and was restricted to the reception area only. Would appreciate if they could add more routers across all the floors.

My experience with this hotel was not so good, i had a prior booking of hotel rajput royal which is also the property of the same person whose taj prince is. Rajput royal is not at all a family hotel type.though hotel taj prince is a bit good than royal rajput but as you can see in photos which i uploaded there were bedbugs in their room, i had shifted to other room at night and in morning when i woke up i saw a dirty linen in my bed which also i uploaded there were stains of something which i do not want to discuss you can understand it watching photos.there were lizards in the room, bathroom was leaking, cable connection was not working etc etc, i am not recommending this hotel for families, only 1 thing was good of taj prince which was food. It was in good quantity and very good in taste a bit expensive but good as per the quality and quantity. So only for food i am giving this hotel only 1 star. My stay in this hotel was so disgusting that i had to change hotel after 2 days bcoz i was unable to resist anymore. And 1 more thing this hotel is quite far away from tajmahal.
