As I saw the hotel my parents had booked I was like it is too small but soon I realized it is like an underground hotel yup you read it right. So my parents had a booked a deluxe room and oh my the room was looking very luxurious and the bathroom too. The best thing I liked about the rooms was that it didn't had any fan or air conditioner (AC) but still the room was too cold. There is no difference in super deluxe and deluxe rooms except for the view they both gives and the price. The servicing was also good and the food, oh my, ya it was a little expensive but it was worth it, no oil no nothing like woww!! The location was also fine as it was a giving beautiful view and it is near Gandhi Chowk also. So ya,if you are looking for a hotel which makes you feel like a luxurious person then you should go for it. It is also not that expensive, it can be a pocket budget.

I was confused with its name when it shows Taj hotel, I thought it was part of the chain of Taj Group. So please don't link it with the Taj Group. The service is good, rooms are spacious, in the 5 minutes walk of Dalhousie.
Rooms are good but there is no lift so you need to take at least two stairs.
Enough parking space, and parking is itself beautiful scenic point from where you can see beautiful view of hill and nature. You can stay with your family. Familiar staff,Service is good and food is also good. Recommended for all

The hopeless attitude of the management. I forgot my mobile charger, after many requests the hotel management sent the charger by post and charged 700 Rs. for the post charges though the actual charge was Rs.47 only. Worst experience.
