Hotel Taj Mahal - Restaurant in Karkala - Udupi, India

Very nice restaurant in Karkala town. One need to take market road to reach this goteli. All types coastal and konkani foods available for breakfast and evening snacks. Nice staff and nice ambience. Food is nice. It's somewhat difficult to vehicle parking as it a market road and busy street all the time.

The Badam and other juices were good. They have snacks items available no thali aur typical food available. Dosa items are fresh and hot which u get there. Otherwise items are cooked like every 1-2 hours

It is one of the best hotel in karkala for vegetarians. I like their masala dosa, neerulli baje and chattambade. Overall it is good and affordable.

Always like the snacks over here, varieties of breakfast is available here since early morning, didn't tried lunch/ dinner till now, will update once I have.

Hotel foods are good but they are charging extra charges for cold drinks and many things. Even if we tell them they say that they are allowed to charge extra on anything they sell

Excellent restaurent with variety of tasty items like Idly, Dosas, wada, podi, mixture etc. Very nominal rates. good quantity, clean and neat, quick and polite service
