Never making the same mistake again. Honest opinion- Do not book this hotel. The rooms have period stains, ACs of half of the rooms were broken. One of the rooms had a huge piece of cardboard in place of the AC. The bathrooms are very small. The rooms have very bad smell. The cupboard in one of the rooms had a broken hanger and it smelled like something does in there. The worst experience ever.
Literally the worst hotel. The bedsheets had stain,rooms were not clean,foul smell in all the rooms.
We immediately had to change our hotels
None of the AC's were working and were broken and i would suggest you to never visit this hotel
Very bad hotel. Sheets have virgin stain and period stain and the washrooms stink there are cockroaches. My sheets had blood on them.the staff stared at me and my friends and took pictures of us.
Stayed there for one night will not stay there again,our room didn't even had a key the staff had to manually open the door evey time we wanted to enter our room.
There was a huge puddle of water in front of our room which was not taken care of.
I would not recommend this hotel for families.
Rooms are dirty, flush was not working, no hot water, asked for cleaning and they didn't respond, blankets were too dirty..

The rooms.need serious maintenance.The, The hotel.ambiance is not that good.Even, the rooms have a weird smell all the time, faucets are damaged or rusted, doors don't lock properly.
The dining area has a kind of weird smell, same for the reception lobby. Deluxe rooms are not value for money, go for the executive ones, but I won't recommend booking, however if you don't get booking you can go for the executive one.
Good point, it's near the Taj Mahal so travel time is less.

We are stay with family and we all are so happy to stay 2 nights in taj galaxy , we book room ofline hotel staff very good and good services we book deluxe category room and the room is small but clean hotel have big room but they asking 500 extra for upgrade room but we stay with our online booking room hotel almost 2 km from Taj Mahal and free parking and free wi-fi
