Awful experience. The service is extremely poor here. They turn off the water at night. They don't even recharge the TV. Half the amenities don't work properly. Don't know what kind of cost cutting is going on here. There's a massive miscommunication in between the staff. When you want to pay through UPI they force you to pay in cash. Had a really bad experience.
Hospitality and hotel management skills were lacking. Proper amenities were not available. Out of my recommendation list.

Our family is completely impressed by the room size, services in the hotel by the staff, , overall cleanliness and efficiency shown by front desk in serving us at the drop of a hat. All the boys working in this hotel are well mannered,composed and polite. None of them ever were impolite at any point of time.The morning breakfast were really sumptuous and the quality for all the 4-5 days were great .The location of this place is marvelous, transport availability for all the places is good. Rooms were in poor condition...dirty bathrooms with non working shower...lights were not working...no room service for cleaning
