Hotel Swastick - Hotel in Mira Bhayandar - Palghar, India

i am a Loyal Customer and always book for hotels, infact ive states at Swastik 3-4 times but the experience i had this time i will never book Swastik the staff seems to be rude whereas its a customer service industry and when we talk about Hotel industry it needs to be more polite and need to greet with a smile when u enter a hotel. when i entered the hotel reception. the attitude of the staff was not good and sounded unprofessional. when i called for tea i was told the restaurant is understand renovation and can call foor or tea from outside. when i was suppose to be checking out i was called and told that the checkout time is at 10 am where as when i booked it was 11 am check out very poor service which i never expected

Overall this property is in good location but the cons are there which I faced ( 1st Behaviour of the Room service guy was very bad he doesn't know how to talk with their guest 2nd while checking in at reception I felt the smell of smoking very strongly which I think it should not be there at all.

4 !! very hygienic room, staffs were so polite and helpful as well. And very Importantly, washroom were so neat and clean. Hot water was perfectly balanced. However, I'll exclude one star only for the food. it's bit quite expensive. but no worries, since the hotel is on main road locality, you can find number of local restros for brunch & dinner with reasonable prices.

Overall a good hotel to stay if you are here for leisure but they dont provide food They have not maintained the hotel in the way it should be You can always find restaurants nearby though

the hotel was very comfortable and clean. the staff is friendly and nice. the hotel is clean and if in case you don't like it you can call them and they're at your beck and call and immediately change things. location is close to the station and in a good safe neighborhood. easy to find route.

The hotel Swastik is located in Bhayandar East in Mumbai. This area is the outcuts of Mumbai as well as the big Industrial Area. Many optical frames manufacturing industries are located here and they are serving the entire India from this cluster. Bhayandar is 5 to 7 km from the national highway and has huge facilities available here. We stayed three days in this hotel The hotel interior is very nice and beautiful and the service is also very nice. Prices are also reasonable, If you want any work in this area you can use this hotel service.

The best part of the hotel is very clean rooms.. The biggest problem is they don't have a restaurant.. Also, this place is in Thane district and not in Thane City..

The rooms were huge and extremely well maintained but the staff literally ruined the entire stay for us. He was ill mannered and rude. Our checkout was at 12 and we checked in late. The receptionist called us at 11:50 and asked us to checkout in 10 mins without contacting in advance. When asked for half an hour to complete the checkout he asked us to pay half day tarrif or else would send a person to clean the room in short theow us out. The room was occupied by me alone considering a female he had no courtesy whatsoever.
