They provide a low budget stay. By considering the budget it's ok. I had taken single occupancy here. The room size is very small, just bed space. It's enough for a bachelor to choose to sleep. But the room doesn't have cleanliness. Pillow covers, turkey , bed sheets need proper cleaning before giving to customers. Better development required in case of the same. Otherwise it's a perfect choice.

Affordable accomodation and good service. Suitable for guys who is lokking for budget friendly room for staying one or two day.

A low cost hotel rooms are some congested but rate only 400 for a solo traveller 500 for twin person

I have a worst experience faced overthere. Didn't go there after seeing their beautiful room pictures. All of them are fake and Didn't maintained bed sheets and blankets. Room are very small. Service rating is 0 out of 5.

Not good room not good service, very bad response reception guys

A budget friendly lodge at a comfortable location. Rooms are a bit tiny, but things are arranged in an engineering mind. Bed, floor, toilet are good. Walls need little updates. Lift service is available from first to 4th floor. Entrance ia through the basement floor.A visitor has to enquire the location as "swarnam jewellery " as there is no board saying swarna residency.

Really bad experience, especially their behaviour to the customer is very bad.they are playing drama in the deal of payment! We booked a room for 700 and can't sleep there, b coz we feel like we are inside a dogcage, room is small and can't move a little. After complaining they said okie, 100 rupee is refundable. While check out time they are acting like they don't know anything about the refund.

Cozy and comforting. As others have said, there is absolutely no space in single rooms but everything else is pretty damn good. You've got more than enough space in bathrooms and also you've got all basic necessities. You've got good space in your wardrobes. Just space is lacking in the room to stand. The bed is comfy, and although there is televisin, you don't have a remote!!
