Nice service. This is in the busiest market place. Good place for those who want to purchase wedding ready made garments (north Indian style).
Rude and stupid employees are working there specially manager who does not know how to treat customer and behave with them. I wouldn't suggest to go for this hotel.

Location is good, no parking available. Hot water is not available all the time. It is available in fixed time 7am to 10am. Bathroom was too small, water flow is too slow.

This was my first stay at the hotel and it was quite a pleasurable one.. and why not it would be when you get a free upgraded room from super premium to a suite. Room had beautiful interiors and was well lit providing basic amenities like tea/coffee maker, fridge, etc. The only thing I found short was the size of the room as the size was below my expectation it being a suite else all was good. Could only manage to have a breakfast as I had only a night to spend and found the food to be pretty ok. Location is perfectly fine as it's about 3.5 km form New Delhi railway station and even the Karol Bagh metro station is at a 10-15 min walkable distance. Would like to be here in case I am Delhi in future. Keep up the good work.
