We had dinner here and the food was okay, though not the best. The service was good, the staff very polite. Ambience is nice too.
It is a medium budget hotel situated on main Dhakoli Road. We booked its party hall. Dealing hand Sh. Balwant Singh was very nice and cordial. Food Service was very fast and efficient. Overall it was full value for money. Unlike other hotels most of Its rooms depending on budget are very spacious and have Window and you don't get that Dingy feeling while staying here. Restaurant of Hotel is also well run and one can find many customers having food there. Thanks Balwant and team for making our function a memorable one.
We did not have good experience, poor customer service. We find the reception staff to be quite rude when they came to address some issues. When we arrive to the dinner buffet, we just arrived fm a long drive and sat at a comfortable spot and soon the staff kept a reserve sign on the table saying that its reserved, without even saying sorry and its 10pm night who else would be dining.
We reached the hotel at 8pm and the check in was really quick and the receptionist was polite too. The rooms are normal but has a good natural light. The washroom handle was broken and the napkins and room slippers were only given when asked for. The food was average and the staff there was really really rude. Our driver had to be given breakfast but he was not provided with that too.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The stay was amazing, the staff is too good & co-operative & the food was surprisingly tasty & healthy. The room was squeaky clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Very nice hotel. Staff was very supportive. Rooms were clean. Room service was awesome. Hot water was available for bath with electric geazer in every bathroom. The main good point was support and care of staff and cleaning in rooms. It was very good

I have been to this place twice in last 8 months. Located at the highway it's easy to get in and out if you are travelling by road. Nice and cozy rooms. Staff is very friendly right from the entrance to reception to lobby to restaurant everywhere you
It's great stay experience. Neat and clean. Rooms are spacious with comfortable bedding. The breakfast was having complete required food items. The terrace restaurant is awesome. Excellent ambience, the arrangements of tables was attractive.
