Location ***** Food Quality and Taste ***** Rooms and Toilet * Management * We stayed for 4 days in room 206. Bathroom was dirty, no ventilation fan, No hanger for cloths, No Curtains on window in room, drawers handle broken, Management is like deaf and dumb... don't listen to customer's complaint. Ambience of BAR and Restaurant is Good.

Worst experience, reception staff guy doesn't know how to treat customers , rooms are worst , no maintenance full of misquotes. Can't believe Dhanturi group is maintaing this . Some idiot vomited in lift as this restaurant has bar in it so .The owner/manager is worse than staff doesn't have courtesy to listen to customer. Inspite of all this I was charged for an extra room even though I didn't book it. Made a big mistake by booking rooms for my guests for a function everyone where unhappy. I will not suggest this hotel to anyone even in my worst dreams. Dhanturi group you are loosing loyal customer.

The hotel is the worst. No cleanliness. Bed bugs in the hotel. The price they have charged is too high for the service they have provided. Rooms are smelly no bed sheet,no towel, no soap, no other amenities.

I booked 5 rooms here via clear trip. Initially they told booking nt confirmed and then later they said ok. Rooms did not provide bed sheets the basic service inspite of ladies asking several times. Buffet there or not for bfast nt responding and service is extremely slow and very pathetic experience.felt like wasted money by booking this hotel. Uncordial staff.

I stayed one night, Very worst hotel, To many cockroaches in room, Complementary breakfast available only after 9 AM, reception man is very rude, i witnessed that if any room service call rings, he was much irritating attending the call and he is not listening to our words properly, the price of the food is very high.waste of money there is no proper service and maintenance of the room and staff My suggestion is not to recommend

Too many mosquitos, rusted chairs, not well cleaned bed, smelling bathroom. This is not what I expected for the price.

Very bad service and reception...we booked room online and went for check-in.they told no advance booking is there without checking online booking they troubled us..staff behaviour is very harsh....even parking is very headache..rooms also not good...better to avoid this one
