Excellent location. Good space for Parking , Maintained Swimming pool ( Complementary Swimming Costume is recommended ) . Overall service and care is good, but there is always a scope to improve. Hygiene and property maintenance is good.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my family which included my 5 year old kid, my spouse and my 68 years old mother. I was provided a room in the newly constructed building which did not have elevator. My mother had a hard time climbing the stairs all the way to the 3rd floor. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom is clean and big enough with geyser. Food is highly priced when it comes to quality and quantity. Big space for Car parking. Security is good. Secondly, maintaining hygiene of the swimming pool should be given priority. People were in the swimming pool with no proper swimming costumes. Thirdly, there are always guests that create nuisance and shout in almost every hotel. But, this was the first time when no hotel representative said a word to anybody who was creating such nuisance all through the night. The hotel should take responsibility to maintain the decency of all guests so that others do not get irritated with the same. The biggest drawback of the hotel is the new building that does not have elevator facility. Climbing to second and third floors through stairs will be a nightmare for elderly people. Secondly, maintaining hygiene of the swimming pool should be given priority. People were in the swimming pool with no proper swimming costumes. Thirdly, there are always guests that create nuisance and shout in almost every hotel. But, this was the first time when no hotel representative said a word to anybody who was creating such nuisance all through the night. Bad employee charges extra for product which are not given while check in... Room products are also not provided as per room charges. For better review firstly change your hotel manager.

Basically I have given this review because of poor service, rooms are not up to the mark, bad maintenance .Especially room number 403 and 402 you can improve the room quality. A mini bar is needed in all the rooms.Make these certain changes.

Awesome place, great view, good looking, clean & hygienic, comfortable rooms, excellent meals. Overall very great and excellent experience.

Room is good but lack of maintenance. Food quality is good. Location is a bit outskirts. Swimming pool available. If you are travelling with car , you can consider the hotel.

Room rent is higher then quality. Many necessary things are unavailable in room. You will get better rooms in this price on other hotel

It's a large property with parking area and a swimming pool located on a good location. The deluxe double bed room alloted to me was large enough with modest interiors. Room was ok but far from being a deluxe one. The room and more importantly the bathroom lack the basic maintenance and upkeep. Every single tap refused to close completely on each occasion despite several attempts, in a bathroom with shabby walls,floors and toilet comode and wash basin.The hotel claiming as 'international' doesn't provide complimentary bottled water in the room, neither toilet kit (only a small soap and two sachets of shampoo was available), dental kit or the likes. Unlike other hotels in similar category the tariff doesn't include breakfast, which is not desirable.The staff whom I interacted with were nice, however. Room service too was ok. Didn't use the restaurant during just a one night stay, hence cannot comment. Taste of food items served in the room was good.with proper portion. Overall, the experience was not worth the tariff charged. The need to focus on maintenance and upkeep to avoid customer criticism
