Hotel Swagat - Hotel in Bhuj - Kachchh, India

Very much disappointed with the hotel. First thing is the hotel charge per night****. The hotel charges less when you directly visit(image attached). Coming to the room, the windows was broken and very dirty. Wash room was in same condition. Walls were bit wet. Most importantly when I asked for parking, they just said you can push it bit inside from road and leave your bike there. Not sure If they have parking space available. Extremely unhappy with the booking. I have not tried any food/drinks so not commenting on it.

hotel stay is easyily approched and value for money. it's recommended to all those who just want to complete all destination in economical way as it's based in main city and all places to view is near by any type of transport along with lunch dine is easily available mandavi rann all are easily and timely reachable. staff is suplortive service is as per ur stay.

Located at a convenient place, quite close to many important spots. Hotel management and staff were good and helpful. Only problem was that the room offered to us was on the terrace, and especially, the bathroom was not upto the mark. Probably, their other rooms were little better.

It was a likeable experience with me and the staff carries your luggage through the stairs which is nice and the rooms are clean and tidy but it would be more likeable to me if it had free wifi. But, all total I liked it

Cheap hotel if u want to freshen up. But for winters they do not have good facility for hot water. No geysers. Common solar which is ineffective. Not very clean too. Not worth even for budget stay.

This is an average hotel and can be looked upon for an overnight stay. However the owner of the hotel is cooperative and helped us get a good deal on car rental for visiting the white desert and nearby areas.

ok. as 2 star hotel.. suitable for simple stay.. don't expect more.. satisfied manager and owner.. working boys are very nice..

THIS WAS MY WORST EXPERIANCE WITH THE HOTEL.. HOTEL RECEPTIONIST IS SO SO AEROGANT *. WHEN I GO TO HIM AND TOLD HIM THAT WE HAVE BOOKING HERE * AND SHOW MY MOBILE, HE DIDNT EVEN LOOKED AT ME AND DIRECTLY TOLD THAT WE DONT HAVE CONFIRM UR BOOKING, I AGAIN TOLD THAT I HAVE CONFIRM TICKET *THEN WITHOUT SEEING TO ME AGAIN*WE DONT KNOW ABOUT YOUR CONFIRMATION. SERIVCE WAS ALSO VERY POOR, THERE WAS NO CLEAN ROOM. INSPITE OF CHECKOUT AT 11AM THE HOTEL PERSON TOLD THAT UR CHECK OUT WILL BE 8AM AND WHILE WE WERE CHECKING OUT AT AROUND 9AM THERE WAS A SAME PROBLEM OF CHECK IN WITH THE NEW GUEST *.. ANYONE WHO IS PLANNING FOR SWAGAT HOTEL PLEASE AVOID.
