Ordered a simple grill sandwich. It took them 20 min to prepare it and it had nothing but a tomato and cucumber. No sauce or chutney in the sandwich. When asked why was there only vegetables in the sandwich they said that it's made like this only and nobody said anything before us and we should have said so if we wanted it in that way. Like we must tell the chef how to make a simple grill sandwich.
Service boy was rowdy and arrogant. Shahi Paneer was smelly, The waiter said the gravy is supposed to smell sour like that.. Pulao and curries had no bit of salt and huge amount of oil, waiter says add salt and eat if u like more salt. Such rude and disrespectful behaviour, never experienced earlier. It's a health hazard to eat here.
Moderate restaurant. Food is delicious. But utensils are not very clean looking. I don't know about the rooms.
Amazing place.. Centre of attraction: Hansraj. Everyone visiting this hotel MUST meet him..
Most pathetic place one can ever imagine.
Pathetic and unhygenic food.
We were completely unsatisfied with the service time, food quality and attitude of staff
2-3 families apart from us also left the food in between and left the place

It's very inexpensive and frequented by tong of locals and expats.
