Very nice hotel and place in una city staff was also very good Food was very delicious............... Rooms was very neat and clean........
We used to stay in this hotel in past but the stay during 24th to 25th along with brother was not so good. We stayed on 1st floor executive room. Feed back also given to manager on 25th morning at reception. Bathroom looking mirror was so dirty you cannot shave properly unless you clean by newspaper, bathroom light is very dim. Extra blanket asked was torn with lot of smell. I will think surely next time I will stay there or search for a new location.
Quick and good service. A smile on the faces of every staff member at all times. I had a stay for one night but got comfortable enough and stayed for another night. I would recommend this hotel to friends. Also, it is in the vicinity of Una Bus stand
Hotel Suvidha Palace truly stands to it's name to provide you all the "Suvidha". The location is prime as it's adjacent to the road, has ample parking space, beautiful clean and well maintained rooms along with Fantastic Service. The Reception and Room service is quick and prompt and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and cozy. All amenities are provided with a mini fridge, kettle, safe, hair dryer, heater etc. The food is good too and can be customised as per your liking. The portion for food is also good for sharing with 2-3 people with ease. Cleanliness is maintained and market access is incredibly easy. Lifts work perfectly fine and Ambient lighting is provided at all times. The price point is also good and affordable range is available for booking the rooms. Please ask for Mr. Vijay as he's a Gentleman and you would have best experience with him. A Good Hotel with all amenities for a comfortable stay.
One of oldest and most popular hotel in Una. Staff, service and food is excellent but the rooms are average.Toilet flush was not working properly and bed mattress was not thick enough to avoid touching your feet on the wood. Though they have ample car parking space and located right on the main road.
The hotel is at a very prime location with good parking space. It has really nice sitting space which is aesthetically appealing. The food is also nice with reasonable rates. There is a lot of variety availability. It is highly recommended to go there and enjoy the delicacy. Thank u hotel suvidha palace for such lovely evening.
It's an amazing stayRooms were clean and checkin was smooth..reached in midnight and didn't have any issues with checkin and everything was properly managed.liked the hotel location and customer service..very pleasant stay..I would suggest the same for families going to Una..Hotel is not far from the market and easy to commute..It's good place for families.Hotel staff was courteous
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone the reasons are many like very poor service, room has bad odour, staff behaviour is very rude, receptionist is not at all cooperative & the best part food quality is very poor we can't even able to eat. #worst service
