Hotel Suswad Pure Veg. - Vegetarian restaurant in Patan - Satara, India

We usually stop here on the way to Chiplun for breakfast or lunch. As it is a pure veg restaurant there are a lot of veg options right from North Indian to south indian dishes. The staff is quite good. Their idly is the best but sambar is not up to the mark. We have had veg thalis too here and they have a wide range of variety here. We were once served aaloo wadi here. The afternoon's are a bit busy here. Their batata wada is also a must try. They have an open snacks kitchen and it is well kept and clean. You can see the chef in action too making idly and wadas here. Poha is also a good option. The restaurant is built with the jamba stone and gives a beautiful orange and brownish look to the restaurant. Their restrooms are clean but I suggest the restaurant administration must place some bathroom fresheners to keep the foul smell away. The restaurant is just a kilometre or two before Pathan town on the left from karad. I say it is a place to be convinced as a pitstop for people travelling to or out of konkan.

I am goes thes hotel priviousely 2 year's in month two time in rout between pune chiplun, i have taken breakfast in morning and lunch in afternoon Always ,washroom is ok ok, parking area is good . Food quality is good but i am not sure it is Highgenic or not because i found in my lunch i take spl.veg thali. I found cockroach. I respond weter Hi not react any words, i suggest it's not hygienic restaurant

Need commodes in washroom for elderly ladies.They can charge little more but the coconut chutney should be little thick. Menu price and menu is reasonable. Kitchen clean and open. Nicely located. Scope of improvement but the quality of meduwada, potatowada and tea was good

Overall an average restaurant Taste is nice Here you can get both snacks as well as lunch Snacks have a limited opts Idli sambar Vada sambar pohe Shira Vada pav and misal pav are the only opts But taste wise misal pav is very good Would highly recommend it Is a little spicy so one should take according to one's own spice levels Also the idli chutney are quite good However they should work on their sambar a little bit , taste can be improved Here there is thali available which has a lot of food items and is unlimited Also it is only good hotel on this road for much long so you better stop here Also washrooms are clean Hope you find this review helpful

On Karad - chiplun road only prefer this hotel to eat...dont take any chance in other hotels or restorants... Best food quality n reasonable prices.

Food taste is good, also stayed for overnight during my travel. Clean and big rooms.

Food is good and has parking facility Better than other hotels on the road Washroom are clean.
