Service So good but not maintained Cleanness

I kindly request to the owner of hotel, please change urs manager his attitude towards customer is very rude,bad. I ring a bell for room service, the manager came and said me why u rang the ball loud am I Berra. Bap ra he showed me as m staying free at hotel.

Horrible experience, The room I got was like a box, and they charge for it 1200, They didn't give water when asked then I had to go to reception counter to collect and imagine they charge Rs.20/- for it. I left early morning at 5:45 am as I had some urgent work so, when I reached the counter to hand over the keys then the person at reception counter reacting like I commit a big crime. He was reluctant to make the bills, murmuring some words. Rooms does not have intercom , so if you need anything need to go to reception counter every time. I visited in the year 2018 that time at least behaviour was good but this time my experience was beyond horrible. Owner of the hotel used to sit in the restaurant and his behaviour also not appreciable at all. Don't visit

The quality of the fast food degraded along with Paratha and tea. It used to serve the famous beetroot aloo chop of Tezpur and pepper Hakka noodles.But with time it got replace with normal fast food which you can also have at roadside stalls.

Here .we ordered chai..they don't give us chai...again we ordered kalakand...they give us barfi... Pls give us proper response..

Best restaurant to have assamese thali and roti and other snacks at Mission Chariali area. Have large sitting space, neat and clean tables. Price is also low taste is also good. They have both fooding and lodging. The ground floor of the building is basically a hotel.

Good food, clean place, if you are passing by and happen to be hungry definitely should drop by and yeah the atmosphere is quite lively so overall it's really nice. Worth a try.

Good to go in town. Clean and neat restaurant with lodging facility.
