Visited tye hotel for the first time. The owner Mr satyam gave us the room at a very reasonable price during the peak time. First we got double bed then the owner gave ue a triple bed which was tye beet thing that happened . He also arranged our nathulla tour at a reasonable price. Over all our stay was comfortable and a perfect family hotel with neat and clean rooms. Highly recommended.

I had one of the worst experiences staying in this hotel. I went to gangtok with my family on a vacation, and because of the owner's behavior, our whole mood was spoiled. The owner/manager was very rude, and his attitude was such as if we were staying free of cost. He first insisted that we book 1 room because he had only 1 room available at that moment and later when we agreed upon because he was charging double mentioning that he is offering us a suite room, then after sometime he said that will have to take another room because he cannot allow 5 people to stay in a suite room and we decided to change the hotel because the rooms were not worthy of the amount he wanted us to pay, the owner/manager started yelling at us and said that he did a favor letting us stay in his hotel. He literally started shouting at my father & husband and insulted my family. And when we wanted to move out, he threatened us, we had hardly stayed for an hour and he wanted us to pay the full amount if we wanted to change the hotel. We had no other option and stayed in the hotel, and the next day moved out. At the time of checkout, when we went to pay, the owner/manager asked us to pay double, although we stayed & used 1 room. I wish i could have the option to give a negative rating because of the behavior & attitude of the manager. Highly dissatisfied and not at all recommended.
All of those rooms are great and clean it's a 3 star hotel... It's located within 600 meters from mg marg.. And staff and owner (manager) behavior are also great they are so friendly and also they will arrange your tour package at very reasonable rate and good quality package.
A perfect family hotel with garden and 1 min away from MG Marg. The owner of the hotel Mr Satyam Sahu is a true gentleman, took good care of us and make us feel like home. Food is like homemade & fresh and rooms are clean. Being a hoteler i will recommend you to stay in this hotel & enjoy your holidays / vacations in a relax vibes.
