I stayed with my family of 5 for 2 nights. I was told I was getting an upgrade to a suite room at discounted rate, but I was not convinced I got any discounts. Room was spacious. Bathroom was not clean. Bathtub was broken. Hot water was unavailable for sometime. Complaints to reception were only partially attended to promptly. Overall, an average stay experience, except for the location.

The location is great, if you don't mind a bit of noise. It is in the bazaar and very close to Rock Fort temple, which is great bc there are always people around, it feels very safe, it's very fun to walk around the bazaar and check out all the shops, and the temple is right there. I had a nice night exploring the bazaar and was glad my hotel was close.
The rooms are basic, about a 7/10 cleanliness, but hygienic enough. There was some hair behind the beds. It's an old hotel, there was some water damage on the wall.
Shower was hot and very strong -- best I've had so far while traveling.
Staff is very friendly and 24 hour reception allows for late check in. They also held my bag behind the desk for a few hours after I checked out.
Overall, not bad for the price and excellent location, but 3 stars because of cleanliness.

They have to make some rituals activities..... especially on 4th floor.....they got something up there..... really scary
The hotel is in the main city and between the shopping area . Approximately 5 kms from the Trichy railway station.Nice and spacious rooms .

The hotel calls itself an executive hotel but nothing was executive in it. First of all the hotel is situated in between a busy market where there is constant honking noise and it's difficult to even move the vehicle. in such road parking the vehicle was almost impossible. Even though they claim that there is parking available, no proper parking and the space they provide can accomodate 2-3 sedans. The parking experience was the worst and I would say this hotel should not have mentioned that it has parking. This just misguides the guests. The rooms were ok, not very spacious, not very small. The service was not good, they restricted even for a bottle of water. overall experience is not good and can give rating of 1 out of 5. I would definitely not recommend this for people with cars and who likes to enjoy peace during their holidays.
A hotel with older rooms. Average cleanliness. AC is good. Location is inside a local market. So can het food most time and autos will be easy to get. Very close to chathram bus stand

This is a very comfortable lodge for more than 2 adults. There are 2 bed rooms with separate ACs. However only 1 Toilet is there with 2 bathrooms. Staff is good. We can have comfortable stay here.

Very spacious and value for the money. I visited with my family (4 adults) stayed at 2 bed rooms Apt with living room cum dining hall and kitchen for two nights between 31st Oct -23 and 2nd Nov-23. Four cars can be parked in the covered area.
