It was a beautiful room with a gorgeous view at a nice price. The staff was really helpful and responsible, even helped us keep our bags safe for a few hours even after we checked out.
500 meters from Gandhi chowk which is a mall road kind of for Dalhousie. So near the main market.

Okay dine in option if you are looking for food there.
The only downside I faced was hot water availability. Rooms had electric geyser. So you have to start well in advance and have limited water capacity.
A good place to stay, the staff is also cooperative. The room service is quick. Cleanliness is maintained. Awesome food. If you are reaching late at the hotel still the staff will make sure that you have your piping hot dinner in your room.
The rooms were dirty and the toilets were in very bad shape. The in room dining was bad. Bad tea also serves water in the name of milk tea. The hotel has parking. Also they close lights after 10 if you want to search the hotel you can't find it
The hotel can be good if they are able to maintain the rooms which they could not. Service is very slow and tests your patience. I won't recommend a stay here.
hotel location is very good 1/2 km to main market taxi union also, staff service is excellent,but there was spider in room
Room was very old . The floor was carpet covered and it was not clean..
They gave us room heater with extra charge.
The bathroom was pathetic; not clean, old design, and most importantly not acessible by physically challenged or senior citizen.
We stayed in the hotel in november 2022, and were the only guest there. They gave us very little choice to order from their menu and that is also not of good taste.
Whatever we wanted to order from their room service menu, they said like the chicken is not available, or we dont know how to make it. Overall very very bad experience. The only upside was the location which is walkable distance from the main market , and bus service.

Very nice staff and rooms are having scenic view of mountains covered with snow. Also the food served is hygienic and tasty.
