After my first visit to Farrukhabad I checked in Hotel Surya....it is four storied building wiith 27rooms of which some are deluxe rooms... basement restaurant serves veg-foof only...rates not so high and the rooms are little bit coasy... good enough for low budget...but the room service is very good and must be appreciated by every visitor.
Nice place to stay. Spacious rooms. I visited in winters. Located on main road so no easy to find. Reasonable rates. Most imp food provided in really good. I ordered aalo paratha, with sabzi which was, delicious and very economical. Staff is very helpful and cooperative

This is not a hotel but a Sarai. Rooms are in pathetic condition with no or cardboard glued windows. Never ever book a room there.
For a place like Farrukhabad, hotel like this is a blessing. It has a good parking space as well as good connectivity with the city. Food is available, although you can order from outside as well. The staff is well behaved and helping.
