Regardless of assurance from customer care before and after booking. I didn't got the room I booked. The property manger denied giving me that suite room which I booked. After that I had talk with the supervisor of Oyo customer care, still i didn't got satisfied resolution

hotal manager refused for check-in , said we don't follow Oyo rate, argues also very high rude behaviour that they want 1000 rup par day instant (500-515 booked from app.) don't book this hotal by Oyo.

3 star for the "wonderful hospitality" and the amicable reception. The manager and the staff are so very helpful that it prompted me to give 3 star. But the condition of the room and bathroom was not up to the mark and needs urgent renovation. But I again would like to thank the manager and the staff for being great host.

Hotel Surya is very good interns of first budget and service. Some rooms are small and some big. If you get a big one then it's very good. Staff is very much cooperative. Hotel location is very near to Ludhiana Station just walkable. For Solo, Personal, small stay best recommended.
