Hotel Surya Executive - Hotel in Solapur - Solapur, India

We stayed at Surya International for our visit to Tuljapur and it was pleasant and comfortable. The bathroom and the room was clean and adequately spacious. The preparation of food at their restaurant, from their complimentary breakfast buffet to lunch and dinner was fresh, homelike and absolutely delicious to taste; the service was quick too. Also, the staff members of all departments were extremely polite, professional and helpful. Overall it was a very delightful experience. Would highly recommend this place to stay at, in Solapur.

I regret to inform you that my experience at Hotel Surya Solapur was highly disappointing. The staff exhibited a lack of cooperation and were notably arrogant. The rooms were inadequately made up, with a significant amount of dust on both the bed and pillows. Additionally, the food service was exceptionally slow. I would caution anyone considering this hotel for a family stay, as the overall service was far from satisfactory and has the potential to mar your vacation.

In terms of waste service and confused booking, you will never find the any hotel in maharastra and Gujarat in compare of 3 star hotel Surya Executive, it's purely wastage of money, After online direct booking, with family when I reach for check in, we come to know that, they allot us 2 rooms for 2 couple and 1 child, each room had 2 single beds for couple, Even they didn't provide more strips of coffee pack and sugar. I just checked out and write the review

Rooms are good. Service is ok ok. You need to push for any type of service. Only then you get them. Proactive approach is missing. Ambiance is good. The quality of food is upto the mark. Rooms are a bit small. But serve your purpose of spending night. Not for official working as table chair are not part of furniture inside room. Overall good experience during my stay in Surya Executive comparing the local hotels to stay.

"Disappointing Experience at Hotel Surya Residency, Solapur" I recently stayed at Hotel Surya Residency in Solapur, and my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff exhibited a lack of cooperation and were notably arrogant, especially when dealing with senior citizens. Hygiene standards were alarmingly low, and the room quality left much to be desired. The service was consistently tardy, adding to the overall dissatisfaction. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly for the sake of future guests.

The hotel is neat and clean. Checkin was smooth. Rooms are spacious. The bed linen and towels provided were clean too. Only thing that put us off was poor service by staff. We had requested an extra mattress which inspite of calling the reception 5 times and waiting for 1hour was not done. It only happened when my husband actually walked down to the reception and yelled at them. The basic attitude or approach towards customer service is lacking ... Evrything happens at their own wish and fancies .... As per how convenient it is to them. And will show as if it's no big deal ... 2/3 other instances, waited 1hour for room cleaning the second day..... Asked for complimentary bfast to be packed (asked for basic bred butter not the entire buffet) as we were in a rush to leave ...that request was also turned down..... Room door knob was locked and we couldn't enter the room.... When asked the staff..he went running everywhere searching the master key and came back only after good 10-15mins..... Even the restaurant staff had the same attitude...overall staff needs to improve on service and change the laid back atritude

Location was very difficult. Had to go through the smallest bylanes to reach the hotel. Rooms very small. Room service was ok. Bathroom bad. Water was not draining quickly from the bathroom. Taking more than 10 min. Restaurant was ok. Food good. Staff courteous. Don't go by the rooms they show on the travel apps. They look better. But sre really bad.
