Rooms are neat and clean . Location is nice nearest to Bhopal junction.manager is very humble person. Three categories are there -Deluxe, executive and suite He gave me suite room but I have booked executive room..very comfortable stay.. I will stay again in future whenever I come to Bhopal

Staffs are very bad. The fat guy at the counter asks for extra money during check out and claimed that complete payment was not done, although full payment was done. After a lot of hassle during check out, he didn't gave me the GST bill. The environment is not suitable for family and illegal activities are carried out here. Stay safe travellers.

Hopeless hotel , no good service, no hot-water , no lift , all staff are rude and arrogant. Only it's near to station hence we booked but not recommend.

Terrible Experience!!! I stayed with my 3 other friends, During the enquiry the manager asked us to pay total of 2200/ night. Later during check out he asked us to pay extra charges in the name of GST and all later when the receptionist called Manager for confirmation he threatened us that he will call Police which was very rude behavior by the Manager whose name was AKASH... I highly recommend to avoid your stay in this Hotel and also suggest FAB Hotels to take action on such managers.

Rooms are a little good with AC. A few staff members are rude and angry, located near Bhopal Junction Railway station that's why the horns of trains are too loud. Laundry service is not good. Intercom is not repaired. Overall building maintenance is not proper. I have been staying here for 5 days and my experience is not good.

It was bad experience... Room was not clean.. As we enterd in room. There was no any drinking water. Not towels.. Kitchen service was not responding... They provide only one towel that was also in bad condition.. A/c was not working Overall I will not sugest to visit there..... Only location is good... I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. There is a manager named AKASH who had initially told us that if you come and stay at this hotel you will definitely visit again - which is rubbish. As soon as we checked in he had told us to pay Rs.2270 in advance for a day's stay which was inclusive of GST.The very next day we checked out a bit late and this was because we had lunch in the same hotel at their restaurant. Due to this he had asked us to pay the whole day's charge and he's is adding gst to the above mentioned amount of Rs.2270 which was initially told to us that it is inclusive of GST and we had paid this amount in advance but still they were asking us to pay the same amount again and including extra GST on it once again plus the next day's charge and in addition to this they were asking us to pay restaurant bill which we had paid as soon as we finished our meals. I don't really understand this! For checking out few hours late he was asking us to pay whole day's room charges which is I believe a punishment for dining at this hotel. Akash had said previous day that if you stay at this hotel you will definitly visit again. What a sarcasm!!! If they charge the whole day's charge for checking out few hours late just because we had lunch at the same hotel I think everybody will definitly visit this hotel again as said by Akash. In fact they would wish to spend their lifetime at this hotel!! Nothing was informed to us initially when we checked in regarding the check out terms and conditions. Akash was threatening us that if we don't pay all this amount he will call the police and arrest us- which is absolutely nonsense. I really don't understand what on earth was he talking about! I think he should go back to the school where he had studied and start right from grade 1. I was really upset after hearing all this as I come from a good family. I highly recommend people to not stay at this hotel as their aim is to loot people and there is no ounce of hospitality provided by the staff. I am looking forward to take a legal action against this hotel and the manager named Akash for harassing us and for his rude behaviour. I would definitely visit this hotel again as said by Akash but with a legal notice!!

Do not stay here!!! As requested by the manager we payed the total amount in advance during Check in and Later during check out he asked us to pay extra charges for extra bed and ordering food to room which we didn't order.During the check in the manager initially told the price is including of all amenities and taxes and while checking out they started this drama. After we refused to pay extra the receptionist called Manager and the manager threatened us that he will not let us leave hotel until we pay in hindi he told "Tum hotel se bahar jaoge kaise?" In typical rowdy accent which was very rude behavior by the Manager whose name was AKASH... I highly recommend to avoid your stay in this Hotel and also suggest FAB Hotels to take action on such managers.
