Hotel surya - Extended stay hotel in Ludhiana - Ludhiana, India

They have their tieup with OYO rooms. I booked through the same. They greeted me well upon my arrival there. Having completed all the formalities of taking ID proof, I was allotted a room, which was fine. However, I noticed that its AC was not working, as it was blowing only air, not cooling. I reported this issue at the reception. They tried to rectify but in vain, as a result, I slept there as in a non AC room, but they charged full amount for that. From the behaviour perspective, they were nice and humble. They allowed me to do checkout after the prescribed time. Nevertheless, they were an average from cleanliness point of view, as bathroom of my room was not cleaned properly. Moreover, bedsheets were not changed too. From the tariff perspective, it was a nice stay.

First they said hot water available then in the morning we call at reception then they said sorry no hot water is available totally disappointed.. Matress is very uncomfortable

Because they know what customer need ... and also full fill the customer requirement Provide good facilities and seating arrangement also good.. Provide good food too quality .. price expensive Provide good quality of food at moderate price .. Good place of couple .. Price expensive but food quality good ..... near to highway .. one of the most popular hotal ....

Highly not recommended. Congested n unhygienic rooms. No hot water supply. Rooms had seepages. Geisers not working. People supplying hot water in bucket from Outside. Please don't go!

Worst ever hotel. Is this hotel or just a hut. Unprofessional staff and worst service. Never recommend to anyone
