If u are bengali and wants to eat dal vat then u can go there. It is a bengali restaurant . Also the price is reasonable . Their rice quality and quantity very good . And 1 plate is enough for a person. Dal is also good . Alu bhaja (fried potatoes) is also good. But the mix veg is not good . It's a combination of soyabin ,chayote(kuyash). Taste is not good. It's very bad . Waste of money.
The sanitization of the place could have been done better. The food is simple and tasty. Good for Bengalis who want to have Bengali cuisine when they are in Shillong. Yet, the restaurant has degraded in their quality a lot than earlier.

The taste of the food was quite good, the service was good also. The price was quite reasonable. I tried "mutton kosha" along plain rice, potato fries,eggplant fries, daal & mixed vegetables. And found out all of the items were nicely cooked, nit too much spicy but well. If anybody likes to have Bengali style food, then i would recommend to go there & pay a visit. Thank you
Wrost food ever tasteless and dal is like water only . In the name of thali they only serve dal and fry brinjal one piece and price is too high for this food ! The fish is also tasteless over fried and as well as chicken mutton also. The quantity is also very small serving and the owner of restruant is very arrogant. If you are bengali I suggest you not to go in this restruant!
Bad hygiene, bad quality food, no meal system, they give one bhaji & rice in one thali , rest you have to buy. Overall worst experience & can improve.

Never visit between 1.30 PM to 2.30 for launch and 8.30 PM to 9.30 PM, the most crowded time.
