Hotel Suriya International - Hotel in Chennai - Chennai, India

I stayed in Hotel Suriya International several times with my family. The management is so much friendly, cooperative and supportive. The staff are so well manner as well. I really wish to stay in this hotel again. i WILL HIGHLY RECOMMAND others to stay here. I wish every success of the Hotel.

This hotel is great,It has many rooms, which can either be deluxe or suite. I personally stayed here in the suite rooms. The rooms are really spacious, and well ventilated, with lot of sunlight. Ours even had a huge bathtub! It provides all the necessary toiletries, and the geyser works well. The hotel is also located at a convenient place. However, some of the rooms I booked for the rest of my family are a little small, but still, they were really clean. There are no down sides to this hotel, so go for it!

Location wise this establishment is very good. The hotel is spread over two floors in a commercial building. Room rate is reasonable and rooms come with basic amenities and free WiFi with pretty good speed. One has to carry own soaps, and other toiletries as they don't provide toilet tissue. Management is pretty good and Manoj, the young boy in the front desk is polite and helpful. Overall, this place is reasonable for an overnight transit purpose.

Good location and room was OK. They charged extra for 2 hrs early check-in inspite of the room being available. Normally in all major hotels even though there's a policy of charging an amount for early check-in, they don't if its 1 or 2 hours. But here the management was adamant

A good place to stay at a reasonable price. Located in the third and fourth floor of Shakti Plaza, this place has got wifi with good speed, hot water for baths,clean drinking water, nice clean bedsheets and towels. They regularly change their sheets and towels.They maintain cleanliness and the staff are really nice and assist you if you require anything. There are a lot of shops in the ground floor if you need anything.The place is located in an excellent location and is surrounded by various shops for clothes, footwear, eateries etc. Overall good place to stay and my stay here was very pleasant.Cons:You will find a few cockroaches in your room sometimes. The lift may sometimes not work.

Room size is small, bed sheet and towels are washed but not clean. Limited ventilation. Small window provided but can't open it. No in-house kitchen or restaurant. Staff behavior is good.

Terrible.. utter terrible.. One of the worst stay. The room was small and had a smell.. the window AC was breathing out warm air.. they provided just one bottle of water for 3 days(2 nights) for 3 people ! No other drinking water. The geyser in bathroom gave very little hot water.asked many times to fix. No one came. No kettle or any other sort of amenities. The staff was totally unprofessional. Please avoid this hotel. I booked it seeing good reviews in MMT. But totally disappointed. And they charged for all these Rs2200 per night ! Please avoid this hotel. I am reapeat.. please avoid this hotel.
