Hotel Surbhi Palace Gadarwara - Hotel in Gadarwara - Narsinghpur, India

Never took room here, hence not giving rating on rooms and service. But I visited restaurant of this hotel so many times. Proper sitting arrangement, perfect Ambience and very Hygienic restaurant. Little bit costly but to be true the food is worthy. Most of the time we ordered paneer chatpata with butter roti. Perfect combination for dinner. 100% recommended.

The food was greatt in taste but service was way to poor it was takin thm too long to serve and manager was kinda rude too

We 6 people stayed in this hotel. We all felt that it was very costly than it should be. Actual worth of it should be 800Max. No windows, no Sun light, frequent light cutouts, you have to ask to turn on AC again again and the most irritating is frequent knocks on the doors. They can't let you live peacefully and everytime they knock, they peep into your room as if you are doing something illegal. Worst experience of such a costly overrated hotel.

I had a good time here. Everything was managed accordingly by the staff and they were good at their jobs.I personally prefer the hall if you're looking to host any ceremonies with a crowd of 50 people.

NICE PLACE TO VISIT WITH FAMILY FOR TAKING TASTY FOODS . STAFF ARE SO CO-OPERATIVE. RESTURENT IS NEAT AND CLEAN.

Bad experience ... rooms costing too high.. service is too slow.. bed is so uncomfortable to sleep ... the bathrooom smelled like an ashtray even though it was supposedly non-smoking...Go for other option if you can...

For the price it's costly and the complementary breakfast they offer is not worth the price they offer. Much better place are available at same price to stay in gadarwara.

It was a nice stay altogether. The owner personally take care of guests.They have a restaurant of their own.I was expecting a better service quality .The manager admitted that they have very less nos staffs for service.
