Rooms are OK. Staff training is really poor. Personally, I didn't have an issue with the staff, but I could hear them screaming and fighting with customers ON a DAILY BASIS.
They gave a very money oriented feeling rather than service oriented. It's also the first time I have ever seen a hotel that asks for full upfront payment before check-in with a non refundable deposit for bookings.
Truly a strange hotel and a strange set of staff. Firstly my booking was cancelled then I was asked to pay double and over that on the day of check-in I was told to check out at 7am on the day of check-out. Full of surprises and kept us wondering what next. Book this hotel if you are in for an unpleasant adventure.
The hotel is very greedy and unethical. I had booked with them, through a 3rd party aggregator app with 100% payment, 3 months advance of my travel. At the time of booking the hotel had issues with the rate and they sorted it out with the aggregator and had confirmed with me that the booking stands valid. At the day of my travel i again recalled to confirm, but they refused to adhere to the booking and were asking for 3 times the price i had paid for. I was traveling with my parents and a 3 year old son, not knowing where will i stay.
These guys are greedy and can jeopardise your travel. Do not opt with them.
I mean.. If you've got very little cash to spend on a trip to Surat. It's ok. Or, if you're dawoodi bohra (like me) and need to be close to Jamea, then it's not a bad option.

MAY THEY NEED TO HAVE KITCHEN FOR FOOD ALSO BUT THEY SERVE EASY ITEMS LIKE MAGGIE AND CHEESE SANDWICH THAT WAS GOODLY EATABLE. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE THEY MUST TRY THIS HOTEL FOR THEIR STAY IN PORBANDAR.

Excellent hotel with excellent location. Extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, they made our trip more interesting with their advices & tips about the city, supermarket, shops, restaurants, etc. within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!
The hotel manager refused check in for a booking made online by Goibobo, because the booking amount did not match their room tariff. The amount was Rs 758 and the hotel tariff for AC room was Rs 999/- but their behavior was good. They gave me a place to sit and also provided water to drink
