This property should not have been in list of hotels in Angamaly. This is just lodge worth Rs 200 per night. Very pathetic rooms. Beautiful pics are uploaded to fool customers. Me and my wife are above 70 and we had to take our heavy baggages to the 3rd floor. No room boy, no water, no towels. Offered by them is a 220 sq feet room. But got a dingy room not even 100 sq feet. None of the facilities offered by them was there. I regret having booked this facility through makemy trip. com Never ever book this property. They charged me over Rs 1000. It does not deserve even a single star.
Hotel surabhi is a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are spacious, well lit and clean. Their breakfast is also one of the best I've ever had.
